1) Can my order be shipped to an
alternate address / Can I request faster delivery than UPS
ground?
All payments made through PayPal will
ship to the confirmed address only. All credit card payments
will ship to the billing address. Alternate forms of payment
(money orders, cashiers checks, MoneyGram, Western Union,
etc) can be shipped to the specified address within the USA. We
will ship parts to Post Office Boxes via USPS (extra
shipping charges may apply).
2) Besides PayPal and Google Checkout, what other way can
I pay for my order?
We accept credit cards (Visa & Master Card with U.S.A.
accounts, sorry no international credit cards) Money Orders,
Cashiers Checks, Bank Wire Transfers and Western Union. To pay using any
of these methods,

3) Why do I have to sign for my order
when it is delivered?
Any order in excess of $250.00 must be
signed for to comply with PayPal/credit card
company requirements.
4) If I order/you ship me the wrong
part, or if I just want to cancel my order after I receive
the part, what do I do to correct that?
E-mail us for a return authorization. We
will accept returned parts for up to 30 days after you
receive them in their original packaging and in unused
condition. The original receipt is required to obtain
return authorization.
5) What if I receive a defective part
or it fails within the warranty period?
Follow the specific manufacturers'
warranty policy. If you require our assistance, please
e-mail us. All the items we sell are new, in original
packaging, and we are an authorized distributor.
6) What if I need an item that is not
listed for sale?
Many of the items from the manufacturers
we carry are not yet listed, or have limited availability.
If we are currently out of stock, we will be more than happy
to order these parts for you, please e-mail us your
requests.
7) Do you offer reduced prices for
quantity purchases?

8) What is the difference between a
2" or 2 1/16" Autometer Gauge?
Nothing, they only make the gauge's one
way, but it is described and advertised both ways.
